A birthday, perfect weather, and free schedules, allowed an incredible opportunity for the participants of Rachel's House to spend an afternoon at Lake Hope. For the Birthday Lady, this happened to be one of the first adult birthday celebrations that included sobriety. The ladies of Rachel's House hiked around the lake, shared stories, and ended the afternoon at The Lake Hope Lodge in Vinton County. The day concluded with Workforce Development Group evening programming. It was a glorious day at the lake!
